BEGINNER half marathon training plan (16 weeks)
If you are ready to tackle the half marathon distance but it is your first time…This plan is for you!
It starts with three runs per week and a mileage of 18km/wk, long run starts at 8km. And it builds to 4 runs per week with a the highest mileage being 44.4km/wk and long run of 22km. This plan is going to ease you in to workouts once per week. It will also give you lots of tips along the way.
